Living Life Lavishly.

For the last 7 weeks (7 videos, 7 podcasts, and 7 blogs) I have been giving steps for growth and development. Steps that I feel are MAJOR players in adjusting your lifestyle from where it may be now to something possibly better. These steps have been to help you grow and become not only better than you currently are (in case you didn't know...you rock already!) but to help you become the best version of yourself. These steps have been all leading up to this moment. Each piece on its own is powerful already, and will lead to great progress but when you start to put them together and implement them with each other is when you start to see the true potential. When these pieces all come together the result is the lifestyle I have committed to for the last 10 years of my life. By doing all of the steps and following all of the tips you will find yourself Living Life Lavishly.

When most people read this or read Living Life Lavishly they assume it to mean an expensive, extravagant lifestyle that involves spending money on fancy things and splurging on things you do not really need. While that may be one way to describe a lavish lifestyle (specifically the lavish lifestyle spoken about and shown on television) that is not what I am talking about. When I got my tattoo over a decade ago that is what most people took it to mean. And while in one instance it meant not being held captive to your funds and enjoying life, it has always meant more.

Living Life Lavishly or Living a Lavish Lifestyle is about using your missteps in the past to build on your future. It is about doing the grunt work, the ugly tasks and the ugly moments that get things done. Being a creative in your OWN life, by being yourself. By being yourself you are inherently being original. An while you are being yourself taking a moment to understand and define your WHY. Why you do what you do and who you do it for. This lifestyle is not always going to be sparkly and rose colored. it will get boring at times when you are doing the same things over and over again waiting for results to materialize. But, by understanding that you are at the controls of the ship, you will understand that the results are already materializing. And by realizing that the changes are already occurring, albeit maybe not at the speed of light but progressively, you should have faith and trust in the work you put in. By doing all of this you will find yourself living life in large quantities, enjoying your journey as it happens real-time.

But why the name? Why define it as a lavish lifestyle? Why did I term it that instead of one of the other nifty cool phrases that people may connotate this lifestyle to? I call it a lavish lifestyle, I refer to it as living life lavishly because of the reward. This lifestyle is NOT easy. I will not fool you. It requires work. Step 2 is literally "Putting in the Hard Work". Step 5 is repeating your processes which is no easy task either. But for what it has in difficulty it makes up for in results and rewards.

Your reward will be that you will find yourself LIVING. Not living as you may become accustomed to but living in the moment. Living life and feeling life as you live it. Anyone can tell you to go out and live life, actually most people will tell you exactly that but they never tell you how. They may reveal what it means but they rarely reveal HOW to do it. I have given you the tools to do it right now! Could I have chosen not to give you the tools? The answer is no. I HAD to give you the tools so you would understand what the result is that you re going to reap, aside from the mentioned reward.

The result is lush in its simplicity. The result is what makes the life lavish. The abundance of results you achieve throughout each step is lavish in nature. The finish line is beautiful but the journey is the prize. These 7 steps or tips are geared towards changing your mindset. Helping you to embrace your past, take charge for what is happening now, and appreciating that your future is entirely up to you. You can go as far as you want or stop as soon as you ant. Remember, you are steering the ship. I am simply hear to help you along the journey.

So go. Go Live. Live Life. Live Life Lavishly. Work on your masterpiece. And when you are ready to share it with your friends, your family, and the world find Jae East. Because I love a good piece of art. And would love to see yours.

Until then, let 's all go live.

Take a Few Steps Back.

It is an impossible task to speak for everyone in the room, let alone everyone in a city, or state, or country. But there are people that still attempt to do it. I am not one of those people, never

Normal? What is Normal Anyway?

Have you ever stopped to think about how many people are on this planet? Not the city or town you may live in, but the planet. Think about that for a second. I did a quick check (like really quick)

Love.
